· No child is left behind or disadvantaged because of a lack of resource, technology, finance or home support
Excellent teaching

· The curriculum is well designed, with a clear rationale and sequence to inspire children to know more, remember more and do more
Strong Partnerships
· Positive collaboration enables all schools to learn from the best practice within our Trust and also from providers who are not part of UAT
Great Places to Work and Learn
Joyful cultures
· Schools will be happy places which children enjoy attending and staff enjoy working at
· Success (in all its forms) is publicly recognised, rewarded and celebrated
· Enrichment is prioritised and valued in every school. We will look to maximise the opportunities for staff and students to enjoy their time at school and to experience a range of activities and opportunities that support this culture
Safe places for everyone
· Safeguarding underpins all of our working practices and is highly effective in all our schools
· There is a zero tolerance of bullying and swift action to challenge perpetrators and support victims is embedded in our systems
· We do not tolerate discrimination in any form
· Behaviour which undermines our objectives is always challenged and addressed
Removing Barriers
· Attendance levels for pupils and colleagues are high (well above national averages)
· Barriers to attending school are identified and removed so that coming to school is a positive choice
Intentional Inclusion
· All children, young people and adults are visibly included
· Pupils are taught to respect and value diversity including in matters of sexual orientation, disability, race, age or any other protected characteristic
· Personal development, character education and SRE are taught confidently, sensitively and effectively to enable children and young people to be fully equipped for the realities and challenges of modern life
Outward Facing

· We regularly ask our pupils, colleagues and communities for their views on school life and act on any findings
Healthy Happy Staff

· We understand that colleagues have family lives and support them to be present for important moments and significant events
· We are committed to the wellbeing of our colleagues and actively promote strategies to support good mental and physical health
Excellent Facilities

At the Heart of Our communities
Strong Partnerships

· We work productively with volunteers and value their contribution to our success
Great Governance
· Members of our communities are the guardians of our schools through local governing committees
· We value our relationships with governors and work with them openly and honestly
Understanding our context
